I'm still trying to process everything we've been through with Katy Hubener and Crescent Real Estate Group. As the wife of a disabled veteran who served in 3 foreign wars, I can attest to the immense stress and hardship we've faced. When my husband's health declined, we struggled to keep up with our home, which was unfairly taken from us due to my husband’s ex-wife's manipulation of the system. Katy was appointed to help us sell the property, but her approach was cold and demeaning. She lectured my husband about taking out the trash and cutting the lawn, disregarding his service-connected disabilities. Her condescending attitude and lack of empathy were appalling. She even shared her personal opinions with my husband’s ex, causing more stress and drama. Despite our efforts to comply, Katy pushed for eviction, showing no compassion. We're not alone in this struggle; many families in DFW are facing similar challenges. A little kindness and understanding go a long way, but unfortunately, Katy Hubener and Crescent Real Estate Group didn't offer that. We're sharing our story to warn others and seek justice.

What a team of experts. That's the go getting drive that Katy has. Her experience is on point. She was able to take a situation that was out of control and put everything in perspective. She is kind but tough and with her team of experts she has proven herself to be the best there is.

Very unprofessional agent representing this company advertised an open house on May 26th but didn't show. It was 12 people waiting in the hot sun as she wouldn't answer her phone or reply to text. It's sad that one person can cause a business to lose money, and this is why it's important to hire reliable people to represent you
